• Aggregate, privacy-respecting usage analytics used to improve the site.
• Marketing attribution parameters (such as UTM tags) present in the link you arrived through.

Interactive tools & product waitlists

• When you use an interactive tool such as the Commission Leakage Calculator, the business figures you enter — for example book size, average commission, chargeback rate, number of carrier statements, and reconciliation hours — together with the estimates we calculate from them and the model version used. These are business operating aggregates about an agency or FMO; they are not personal or health information.
• To unlock a full result or breakdown, or to join a product waitlist, the email address, organization name, and role you provide, along with the tool and the page you came from.

We do not seek to collect Medicare beneficiary health information through this public website. Please do not submit health details, Medicare Beneficiary Identifiers, or Social Security numbers through public forms or interactive tools.

• To return the results, estimates, or breakdown you request from our interactive tools, including by email.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use the contents of your communications to train third-party advertising models.

06 Data retention

We retain personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described here, to comply with our legal and contractual obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. When no longer needed, information is deleted or de-identified.

Business figures submitted through interactive tools may be kept in de-identified, aggregate form for benchmarking and model improvement after direct identifiers (such as email and organization name) are removed.

07 Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing.
